Why do some products not have pictures? I can't open them up with it.
A:
When I add products I have to upload photos. Sometimes I have to wait for batteries to charge before doing so. Photos are never far away, so make sure you come back soon and check them out.

How do you package your parcels?
A:
I try and recycle as much as possible. So I save whatever I can from my suppliers. Everything is packed with care.
Q: Are you a registered Business?
Are you a registered business in your state? And do you have an ABN?
A:
Ys, I am a registered business. My registered business name is The Ephemera Emporium. I have an ABN number which is 93 066 760 086.
Q: What is the difference between paper, cardstock and cardstock paper?
I see that you have paper, cardstock and cardstock paper listed, what is the difference?
A:
Paper is just that, paper. Cardstock is heavy card. Cardstock paper is not quite cardstock, but not as light as paper.

Do you have any loyalty programs or reward programs?
A:
Yes.
If you spend $150 in one month you will be given a discount of 10% off everything in the next month.
At the end of each month all those who have spent over $150 will be emailed a coupon code to enter in the checkout section.

Do you offer refunds or returns?
A:
Refunds and returns will be assessed on an individual basis. However we do not offer refunds or returns simply for change of mind.

Can I pay with a cheque or money order?
A:
The short answer is, Yes, if you are an Australian buyer.
However please note that goods will not be posted until the funds have cleared in my account.
